“What I really love about this program is its breadth,” says Christopher Fong, MBA 2011. His fourth-term course schedule includes studying entrepreneurial finance at Hong Kong University with the Dean of Columbia Business School, studying international business with a Haas professor who has advised Presidents Clinton and Obama, taking a law school course, and auditing a full-time MBA course on digital media.

You begin your studies with core courses to build a basic framework around which to mold real-world experiences. Elective courses and an international seminar add depth in chosen areas. Taught by members of two world-class faculties, all classes follow the rigorous standards of full-time MBA courses at both institutions. It is anticipated that students will devote an average of 20 hours per week to their Berkeley-Columbia studies.

In Their Own Words

"I wanted the academic rigor of a full-time MBA and the opportunity to still continue in my career."
